El Thuder or Amarillo as he's known at home is an incredibly bred, AES and Breeders Elite Approved, silver disc, Holstein stallion, Standing At 16.2hh he is light in frame with a great amount of TB influence and has agile movement with a consistently bold, scopey jump.

His modern breeding affords him speed and nimbleness, huge ability over a fence with a phenomenal back end. His superb paces are naturally straight and exceptionally elevated, all traits which are passed on to his progeny. He is a fantastic refining stallion for the heavier showjumping mares resulting in quicker more agile and athletic offspring.

With his dexterous abilities he crosses incredibly well with TB mares for eventing, offering his brave demeanour with a higher caliber of jump and the injection of more presence in the paces.

His progeny are renowned for their fun, straightforward, trainable characters and also show his consistency competing in all disciplines. His eldest stock are 9 and are already competing 3* and 4* +1.45m internationally including the very talented graded son Lord Thuder, Jessica Mendozas NP Zelah and Rumbolds Starlight.

He has produced very scopey, brave eventers and dressage horses and has even crossed incredibly well with JA ponies! He really is a fantastic multi purpose stallion with something to offer for a huge range of mares.

EL THUDER

El Thuder showed his agile movement and consistent, bold jump from a young age, at his grading he won the loose jumping competition and was a finalist in 5,6 and 7 year old classes due to his continuous form he was selected to represent GB at the world championship for young horses, Lanaken. At only 7 he was 3rd in the Hickstead Speed Derby and given official Grade A status, the same year showing his incredibly bold nature he competed in the Eventers Grand Prix. He continued to jump up to GP 1.40 and was selected for the BS Gold Programme with his rider Greg le Gear and they are due to jump internationally 2018.

El Thuder is by the late BWP Ambassador Thunder van de Zuuethoeve, an honour shared only with greats such as Darco, Heartbreaker and Clinton. His grandsire the legendary Argentinus and grand damsire the renowned Nimmedor, Thunder van de Zuuthoeve won the Peer Masters at +1.70m with Jos Lansink and won or was placed in many GPs and 3*** competitions before retiring to stud due to injury where he continued to produce a substantial number of +1.60m showjumpers, including approved sons Diktator van de Boslandhoeuve, Excenel V, Eldorado van het Vijverhof and Ferrari, many others graded with different societies.

His dam Ula by Larome by the illustrious Landgraf I, whose sire Ladykiller XX is still one of the greatest TB influences in warmblood breeding. Ula’s pedigree contains Gotthard, whose elite progeny include Goldika, Gin Tonic, and Gonzales.
